Group training is a good choice for people who prefer a community feeling. It’s a fun, supportive and social experience. Groups typically have 3 to 6 participants.

Bod Pod – Body Composition Assessment

Weymouth Club is the site of a BOD POD Body Composition Tracking System—the gold standard for fast, accurate and safe body-composition assessment.

This sealed chamber uses air displacement (not water) and densitometry to calculate body composition. Features include:

  • Fat and fat-free measurements
  • Fast test time (2 minutes inside, 5 minutes total test time)
  • Safe, non-invasive and ideally suited for frequent testing
  • Pediatric Option for children

Universities, sports teams, fitness clubs, military organizations and weight management centers have independently verified the BOD POD’s precision, accuracy and reliability.
