Fitness at Weymouth Club is an experience that EVERYONE should have.  Our successful fitness programs and personal training sessions have set Weymouth Club apart from most clubs. 


We are known for our incredible results in our weight loss programs.  Our members learn about their body composition, and understand the importance of losing the bad weight and keeping the good weight!

Our eclectic membership base drives us to create and offer a wide variety of programs and services which include; athlete training programs, reformer Pilates, indoor rowing, TRX trainining, fitness competitions, figure and physique training, to name a few.

Our trainers educate their clients on all aspects of their program so that we may continue to increase the number of healthy, strong members we have at Weymouth Club.  Our system is fool proof, if you listen to us and follow our plan for you, YOU WILL SUCCEED!
